I got into health insurance because most people don't understand what they're buying, and the industry isn't in a hurry to fix that. The frustration people have with insurance almost always traces back to one thing: they thought they had something, and they didn't. That gap exists because nobody walked them through it honestly.
That's the job. Not selling a product, explaining one. And not chasing the cheapest policy, but finding the one that actually fits your life. That takes a real conversation. It takes understanding your income, your health, how you use coverage, and what would actually hurt you financially if something went wrong. That's not a five-minute quote. That's work worth doing right.

We shop the whole market. That means looking at every option available to you. ACA marketplace plans, employer coverage, and medically underwritten private PPO plans, and telling you which one actually makes sense for your situation. What works for you, not what looks good on paper.
I work primarily with self-employed individuals, 1099 contractors, small business owners, and high-income households, people who often feel stuck between bad options. Most of them weren't stuck at all. They just hadn't seen everything available.
Middle Tennessee is home, not a market. I was born and raised in Nolensville and spent the first 30 years of my life there. My home office is now in Smyrna. I'm not flying in from out of state or working from a call center in another time zone. This is the community I grew up in, and the people I work with are my neighbors.
